The firm’s technology practice assists our clients in securing and protecting their intellectual property assets. Our practice includes: drafting, reviewing and negotiating technology licenses and agreements, obtaining trademark protection, performing strategic due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, and advising clients with respect to marketing and licensing intellectual property. In addition, the firm assists clients with confidentiality, privacy and e-commerce issues relating to technology assets.
