Natalie's practice focuses on representing businesses and individuals in complex business and litigation issues. She has extensive experience in drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and drafting motions and legal briefs in state, district and appellate court. In addition, Natalie also has experience in contract negotiation, drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, and preparing commercial documents.
Prior to joining the Rosenbloom Law Group, Natalie served as a law clerk to Hon. Peter B. Scuderi, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and as an attorney in private practice for two highly regarded Philadelphia law firms.
Natalie is a graduate of St. Joseph's University where she earned a BS in Psychology and was a member of the women's varsity tennis team. She earned her JD from Villanova University School of Law.
Natalie is admitted to practice in PA, NJ and the US District Court of the Eastern District of PA, and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She serves as of counsel to the firm.
