Heather is an experienced corporate and transactional attorney, with significant expertise in general corporate matters, contract negotiations, software licensing, mergers and acquisitions, international privacy laws and real estate. Having represented large multinational public corporations, middle-market privately held companies and start-ups both as in-house counsel and in private practice, Heather brings a unique perspective on counseling clients.
Prior to joining the Rosenbloom Law Group, Heather served as Senior Counsel for SunGuard Data Systems, Inc. and practiced law with Duane, Morris and Heckscher LLP in Philadelphia and Thacher Profitt & Wood in New York City.
Heather is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a BA in International Relations and graduated Phi Beta Kappa. She earned her JD from the New York University School of Law, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Review of Law and Social Change.
Heather is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York and serves as of counsel to the firm.
