Jack is the founder and managing member of the Rosenbloom Law Group. He is an accomplished corporate and tax attorney with a broad range of experience representing clients in complex corporate and transactional matters, tax, real estate and estate and business succession planning. In representing his clients, Jack draws on his extensive business background and life experiences to provide dedicated and quality counsel. Many of his clients look to him as both a lawyer and a trusted business advisor.
Jack has lectured and written on numerous legal topics relating to his practice area. His articles have appeared in leading journals, including The Journal of Internet Law, SMU Computer Law Review and Technology Journal and The Exempt Organization Tax Review. Jack is a frequent guest lecturer at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business- Baiada Center for Entrepreneurship in Technology, where he educates entrepreneurs and emerging businesses on legal issues. In addition, Jack has also lectured before such organizations as the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executives Group (GPSEG) and A.G. Edwards & Sons.
Jack serves on the boards of the Settlement School of Music (Jenkintown), the Play Rugby Foundation, Inc., the Medicare Group, and the Gia Nicole Angel Fund.
Prior to starting his own firm, Jack was an attorney at several major Pennsylvania and New Jersey law firms and was a consultant with a Big 4 accounting firm.
Jack is a graduate of Rutgers College, Rutgers University where he earned his B.A. in Political Science, Widener University School of Law, where he earned his JD and Villanova University School of Law where he earned his LL.M. in Tax. Jack is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and the US Tax Court.
In 2005, 2006 and 2007, Jack was honored by his peers by being recognized as a “Pennsylvania Super Lawyer - Rising Star” in a joint project of Law & Politics Magazine and Philadelphia Magazine.
